This picture is Miley Cyrus' Halloween costume and current Twitter profile pic as of 12/02/11. The blue rose in her ear is also the background of her Twitter account. Here is some of the symbolism I noticed.
Butterfly eyes
Project Monarch was a CIA program exploring mind control techniques. Whistle-blowers have come forward explaining their tale of surviving Satanic Ritual Abuse. SRA is a trauma-based technique that causes the victim's mind to separate and compartmentalize in dissociative personalities. Silenced lips
Her lips appear sown shut. Silence, and inability to expose abuse, is experienced by all abused children.
Blue Rose
Blue roses are artificial, dyed roses that do not exist in nature. They wouldn't exist without manipulation. They are roses that have been 'altered'
Spiked collar, outfit, and face paint
The outfit suggests Miley is a sex slave. The dress resembles S&M bondage. The spiked collar represents being controlled. The collar also resembles the rays of light from the sun. Black and white zombie motif with the face paint. Cross on forehead. Pretty dark stuff.
